A lot of work was completed at our Lobos Views project during the month of June! Additional steel was installed, much of the framework was built and plumbing and electrical continue to be installed. The home is really starting to take shape, especially the cantilevered dining and living area on the third level of the home!
Above is a view of the home taken at the beginning of June. Framework has been built on the second level of the home and the concrete subfloor has been poured.
Above is another view of the second level of the home taken at the beginning of June. In the foreground of the photo is the window of the bedroom/meeting room on this level.
And here is the view from the second level bedroom/meeting room!
Work has really progressed on the third level of the home. Above is a shot of the third level taken at the beginning of the month. For reference, you can see the bedroom/meeting room window on the second level through the framing.
By the end of the month, the subfloor on the third level had been poured. In the foreground, you can see the hole where the stairway will come up from the garage and second levels of the home. Past the stairway is the living and dining room and outdoor patio area. The window on the far right of the photo is where a bedroom will be located with another gorgeous view.
By the end of the month, the front of the home had changed as well.
Above, you can see the garage, second and third levels of the home. The living room slightly cantilevers over the garage and second level of the home, offering a spectacular view from the living room.
