Work continues at our Lobos Views home situated along the coast in Carmel. The concrete for the spill wall next to the stairway to the main entrance of the home is complete, the rough-ins for the plumbing throughout the home are in, and the stone for the exterior of the home has arrived on site and is being installed.
The home is really starting to take shape; just look at the comparison shots of the front of the home taken just a few months apart.
The concrete for the spill wall next to the stairway to the main entrance has been poured and much more framing on the third level of the home is complete.
Panning slightly to the east, you can see the stone laid out in the future entry courtyard. The door shown in the background leads to the future pool equipment room.
On the third level of the home, Hunt Brothers Construction is continuing to install the framing.
Above, is an photo of the dining room and kitchen beyond taken from the living room on the third level of the home.
Panning slightly to the west, you can see the two bedrooms and fourth level master suite. For reference, the opening in the far right-hand side of the image is the future slider off the dining room.
The fourth level of the home has been quickly progressing!
Above, workers examine the fourth floor roof. This roof, along with the roof on the third level of the home will be planted with native plants to create a green roof.
Moving a little closer, you can see the skylights have been installed in the fourth floor master suite.
Above is a view of the master suite on the fourth level of the home taken from the fourth floor patio area. In the distance, you can see the large, round skylight has been installed over the main living area of the home on the third level.
Another fabulous view from the master bedroom on the fourth level of the home. Large, sliding doors will allow the owners to take full advantage of the great view and provide access to the patio beyond.
